We are interested in ensuring that our cooperation with you, starting from ordering a transfer and it’s ending, is as efficient as possible and takes a minimum of time. We are available 24/7, so we will be pleased to answer any questions you may have. Our responsible officers will skillfully select a vehicle you need and provide you with a comfortable trip.

We want to make our work with you easier, so we have selected the most frequently asked questions:

On our website you can find section COST OF TRANSFER, where the prices don’t include VAT.
We work ONLY on partial prepayment (20%-50%):

  • You can make a prepayment of only 20% of the cost for a transfer up to 100 km.
  • For a transfer of more than 100 km, you need to pay 50%. You pay the rest of the amount in cash.
  • Or, if desired, you can pay the full cost of the transfer.

After agreeing on all the details of the transfer, you will be sent a link for payment.
Note!!!! There are no terminals in the cars. If you want to pay by card, do it through the payment system, such as, Stripe, SumUp, PayPal, Bank transfer (in this system you can transfer money only a few days before the execution of your order) and others.
– if you choose “full payment by card” option, 10% VAT will be added to the amount. This applies to all payment systems.

You can cancel the reservation at your own will or due to circumstances.

  • transfer cancellation 24 hours before the transfer – free of charge. If you have already made a prepayment or paid for the transfer in full, the money will be returned.
  • transfer cancellation within 12 hours – payment of 50% of the full cost.
  • transfer cancellation less than 12 hours – 100% payment.

However! This doesn’t apply if your order was for a minibus or a bus. This information must be clarified with our operator when you book the transfer.

The driver will be waiting for you at the airport in the arrivals area with a sign (usually we indicate your name or company on the sign).

The driver will be waiting for you at the hotel reception or outside the hotel. If necessary, the driver can pick you up from the apartment

The driver will be waiting for you on the platform near the first train car (at the head of the train) or by agreement.

  • If you need to be picked up from the airport, the driver will be waiting for you for an hour free of charge (the hour is counted from the time the plane lands).
  • If you need to be picked up from the hotel or train station, the driver will be waiting for you free of charge for up to 30 minutes.
  • If you need more time, a paid waiting period begins. The price depends on the choice of transport (you can find this information on our website at section PRICES, or ask our operator).

The driver stops every 2 hours at a gas station or near a cafe/restaurant along the route. 15 minutes of waiting are free of charge. If you need more time, a paid waiting period begins. You must pay for cleaning (by agreement with the driver).

Our operator sends the driver’s phone number a day before your trip.

Yes, we provide children’s seats, they are included in the price of the transfer. You must indicate the age of the child when you book the trip.

Pets can be transported. They should be in a special bag or cage. If your pets left some trash you must leave payment for cleaning (as agreed with the driver).
